Handbook Guidelines and Policies Acknowledgement

I acknowledge I have been provided access to download an electronic copy of ACT’s Employee Handbook and I understand that a copy of the current version of the Handbook is also available on the Company’s intranet. I understand that it is my responsibility to review all the policies contained in the Handbook and to abide by those policies. I further understand and agree that if I have any questions regarding any policy contained in the Handbook I will contact the HR Department for explanation and or guidance.

I accept the handbook guidelines and all ACT policies as working documents, and agree I will support and follow all policies and guidelines in my daily work. I understand any or all policies and guidelines may be changed with or without notice at any time and that a current copy of the Handbook is maintained on the Company’s intranet.

I understand it is my obligation and responsibility to be aware of and abide by all American Central Transport Inc. policies and handbook guidelines.

I acknowledge it is my responsibility to refer to and use the most current ACT policy and forms for all business transacted in behalf of American Central Transport, Inc. and that violating any ACT policy will lead to corrective action or termination of my employment.

Finally, I acknowledge that nothing in this Handbook nor this Acknowledgement creates a contract of employment and I understand that my employment is at-will and may be terminated at any time by either ACT or by me.
